Inge was born in Montreal and received her B.Arch from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada in 1996. After gaining professional experience at Dunlop Farrow in Toronto and Child Graddon Lewis in London, Inge joined Panter Hudspith Architects in early 2001 and has been involved in the design and delivery of a variety of projects including complex refurbishments, large housing developments, cultural buildings and masterplans. Inge is the ISO14001:2004 Environmental Representative for the Practice and has been an Associate since 2007.

Inge was Associate in Charge of the delivery of Royal Road in southeast London, a project she worked on from the competition entry in 2006 through planning in 2009 and completion in 2013. The development provides 96 new, high quality affordable homes, which have been sensitively designed into their neighbourhood, and retain most of the mature trees on the site. Royal Road has received four Housing Design Awards and a 2016 National RIBA Award.

Inge worked on the competition winning submission for low carbon house designs for Eco-Towns Cornwall, and was involved in the delivery of Greenwich Cinema, ‘The Collection’ Museum in Lincoln, Princesshay in Exeter and ran a number of housing schemes in Southwark. In the medieval market town of Beverley, she successfully secured planning for Flemingate, a large mixed-use masterplan on a sensitive site, which included writing its Design Code. Working with the London Borough of Newham, Inge developed affordable terraced housing for urban infill sites, completed in 2017 and was Associate in Charge of a mixed use development of 228 homes at Elephant Park, due to complete in summer 2018. Most recently Inge managed the design stages of Spray Street Quarter, a large mixed use development comprising 742-homes in the centre of Woolwich which was submitted for Planning in early 2018.
